Plenty of water to drink, a water safe bag, water shoes, sun protection (sunscreen, sunglasses, hat), a change of clothes if preferred.
A hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are highly recommended during the sunny summer months. Loose fitting, light weight outdoor clothing that will dry quickly is ideal for paddling, but any kind of clothing you would wear to the beach works well. Long sleeve and long pants are great for sun and bug protection. Water shoes are also a plus.
